This book is a very comprehensive and gives you all the information you need to understand and practice the Small Circulation meditation. The book includes the history, foundation of Qi concept as well as any aspect of the Small Circulation meditation. I was not able to put this book down until I had finished it. Every time when you go back to the book again you discover new details/information you haven't understood/seen before. It is worth the money and a must read for any that practice Small Circulation meditation.
