📍 Zulinqi (GB-41) – "Foot Governor of Tears"

🔎 Location

  • Found on the top of the foot, in the depression just behind the 4th and 5th metatarsal bones (the bones leading to your pinky and ring toe).

  • Slide your finger along the top of the foot between the 4th and 5th toes until you feel a natural dip—that’s GB-41.


How to Apply Acupressure

  1. Sit in a comfortable position where you can reach your foot.

  2. Use your thumb or knuckle to apply firm pressure to GB-41.

  3. Press and massage in circles for about 1–2 minutes per foot.

  4. Breathe slowly and deeply during the session.

  5. Repeat as needed—great before bed or during headaches or PMS.
